ALL PRICES ARE BASED ON 4 HOURS
The Lodge rents to MEMBERS ONLY. If you are not a member, you MUST fill out an application (men) and we will make you a member. We have to do this because we are a private club and this satisfies the Moose International by-laws and the IRS.
We rent the Hall for up to 150 people for a 4 hour party for $1,600 (which is $400 per hour). Parties over 150 people will charged an additional $200. You also get 2 hours before the party to decorate. This covers paying someone to come and open for you. The Hall sits 200 comfortably, 250 people maximum. Maximum party time is 6 hours. You can book additional Hall time at $400 per hour.
Linen table cloths, napkins and chair covers are available for an additional charge.
The lounge area is also available to rent for $800 for a 4-hour party (which is $200 per hour) and $250 per hour for overtime. This area is good for up to 50 people.
These prices include 1 bartender and a party supervisor who will help you through the party and cleanup. You can use our caterer (Lighthouse Catering) or your caterer. Our kitchen can be used for warming trays only. A $50 fee plus a $100 deposit is necessary and the Kitchen is to be as clean or better than when you started. The Kitchen is for use by our members if you want to use the kitchen to cook, you have to pay for a member to be there – price is per quote.
ALL DRINKS have to be supplied by us. A TIPS certified bartender has to be used. This protects our liquor license. We will work with you to make this as reasonable as possible. Any underage drinking will be stopped immediately and brought to your attention. It is YOUR Party, don’t let this be a problem.
Beer / Wine is $13 per person
Full Bar is $19 per person
Premium Bar is $23 per person
All party for teens under 21 are required to have security. A surcharge will be added to all teenage parties. $150 per security guard (75 people per guard).
Extra Bartenders and Waitresses are $125 per hour and a TIPS certified Bartender is required by law to serve alcohol. If alcohol is being served, nobody under 21 in the bar area.
All final payments are to be made in cash unless other arrangements are made. A non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date.
You are responsible for disposable items like the Sterno and the coffee supplies including the hot cups, plates, table cloths, etc. Our tables are 6 feet oval or 5 feet round and our food tables are 6 feet rectangle. Your can use our steam racks and out coffee urns.
